A Month-of Coordinator, sometimes referred to as a Wedding Planner or Wedding Coordinator, is a professional who assists couples in the final weeks of the planning process. They focus on final vendor communication, organizing the details, and managing all the details on the day of the wedding to ensure a smooth, stress-free, and memorable day for the couple.
Although our main focus is wedding coordination, we also plan other events! Birthday parties, gender reveals, anniversaries, and more, we would love to connect with you and see if we can help bring your vision to life! Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. To ensure your date is available we suggest booking as soon as possible.
The Month-of Coordination package includes full direction and oversight of your wedding rehearsal alongside your officiant. This allows us to ensure everyone involved is prepared and the ceremony can run smoothly on the day of.
With Grace Weddings and Events is located in North Whitby. We mainly service the Durham Region, however, we are willing to go further. Just contact us to chat about it!
Yes! We are willing to travel throughout Canada to coordinate your wedding. Reach out to us via our Contact Form, letting us know where your wedding will be located and we can discuss details!
We are happy to help set up limited personal decor pieces. This may include items such as centerpieces, place cards, signage, guest books and other small decor pieces you have created for your wedding day.
Please keep in mind that extensive decor set-up is not included in the base Month-of Coordination service. If you have decor set-up needs or have more questions as to specifics regarding what is included or not included, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We want to work with you to ensure your day comes together and is executed smoothly and beautifully.
